I had a chance to interview Mr. Hermawan as I am curious how in the world this lovely dessert cafe exist on all the way up in Ubud and not in town. They are originally from Bandung or Jakarta? Opps i forgot that part….
Anyways it all started by his wife Ms. Jessica who is very passionate in being a pastries chef. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu University of Australia. Fast track they fell in love with Bali and took a chance to move to Ubud and open up their very own pastries cafe in 2013. Their motto if the taste is just good they can do it better!
